Optimized PC games

The games that belong to the category, for PC, when created, are optimized at maximum speed, on the slowest PC, use all the capabilities of each processor, e.g. multiple cores, and so the game runs with a constant refresh rate of FPS 60, either the machine is slow or it is faster.
