Battle Master

Battle Master is a squad-based action-adventure game viewed from a top-down isometric perspective. After choosing a race - human, elf, dwarf or orc - and a Dungeons & Dragons-style class - warrior, merchant, archer or mage the player is presented with a map, from which destinations are chosen. At each destination the player may choose to parley - giving an opportunity to purchase useful items from the destination, rather than having to find them - or may enter the destination.

Botics

Botics is a Pong variant set in the future. It is disguised as futuristic sports event in which the player fights against five opponents. The basic idea is that each playfield has a large opening on two sides which are guarded by remote-controlled robots. Each of the opponents controls a robot with the goal to reflect a bouncing ball so it enters the opposite opening. If that happens, the screen switches to the next of five areas, e.g. if the players were in the second chamber, they either switch to area one or three depending on who scored. A player needs to score a certain amount of times to win a match.

Celtic Legends

Eskel and Sogrom are the greatest magicians in the land, and both are hungry for power. The long war between them is beginning to enter Endgame, in the Rochebrume cluster of 23 islands, each with their own special range of magic on offer. The game is highly strategic, with icon-based controls and a turn-based structure similar to Battle Isle. You will need to destroy the rival wizard's forces on each island.

As a small group of refugees from the vast space empire, you have recently settled in an uninhabited sector building your first base, when you find that the vicinity is already populated by a warlike breed of sentient machines. The machines move from planet to planet with their mothership — sometimes building settlements to produce more warships, sometimes conquering human settlements.

D.R.A.G.O.N. Force

D.R.A.G.O.N. Force is a turn-based tactics game. During each round, the player assigns orders to the men e.g. moving, firing or special actions, which are then simultaneously  performed. There is a strategical map and the closer zoomed in tactical map. As expected, the three fire commands are especially important: the usual direct fire at an enemy, targeting a specific spot or an opportunity fire which gets triggered by passing by enemies. The environment, e.g. hedges buildings, may be used as cover and affects the line of sight.

Dune

The story is mostly based on the plot of the Dune novel: the player is Paul Atreides, son of Duke Leto Atreides and Lady Jessica. The House Atreides was given an irrefusable offer by the Emperor Shaddam IV – mine the spice from the desert planet Arrakis, occupied by their longtime arch-enemies: the House Harkonnen. Duke Leto accepts
the offer not only because of the wealth provided by Spice trading, but also to defeat the Harkonnens.

Dune 2

The player takes the role of the commander of one of the three interplanetary houses, the Atreides, the Harkonnen or the Ordos, with the objective of wresting control of Arrakis from the other two houses. House Ordos is not featured in the Dune novels and is mentioned only in the non-canon Dune Encyclopedia. The basic strategy in the game is to harvest spice from the treacherous sand dunes using a harvester vehicle, convert the spice into credits via a refinery, and to build military units with these acquired credits in order to fend off and destroy the enemy.

Exodus 3010

The game is a mostly menu-based strategy game. Most actions center around producing more smaller ships and weapons. However, everything needs resources which are gained by sending ships on gathering missions on meteors. By experimenting with the resources at hand, the player can either discover new items to produce or make
a unhealthy bang. The smaller ships are piloted by settlers which have to be unfrozen and trained individually. Their statistics influence their successes during missions and fights. The latter may occur when the player meets other ships while travelling through space. Besides attacking on sight, there is the possibility to have a multiple-choice conversation with them.

A neat and unique strategy game from the makers of excellent Supremacy, Global Effect puts a new spin on the "conquer-thy-neighbor" genre by focusing on the environmental impact of your decisions. Mad TV

The main interface of the game involves moving a thin man through a multistory building via mouse clicks. By clicking on various doors, the player's character can enter other locations, which are portrayed in cut scenes. Each day is timed, and after eight game hours the day of programming ends. For each day, the player must program seven hours of television and provide an advertisement block for each of those programs. The
game offers many options to fill programming, such as purchasing the rights to classic movies and shows or by producing your own shows. However, programming must be regularly cycled, otherwise it gets stale with the audience and produces low ratings.

Mega Lo Mania

Mega-Lo-Mania is an early real-time strategy game that predates Dune II by a year. The player takes control of one of four gods; Scarlet (red), Caesar (green), Oberon (yellow) and Madcap (blue). There are no differences between them except colour and AI behaviour when opposing. Each level takes place on an island divided into two
to sixteen "sectors". The objective is to defeat up to three opposing gods and conquer the island. Before a level begins, the player decides which sector to place their first tower in, and how many men to deploy. The men can perform various tasks such as designing weapons and shields, mining elements, building structures manufacturing weapons and forming an army. The number of men assigned to a single task determines how fast or effective it will be. Men that are left idle will procreate and gradually increase in number.

Midwinter

The game is set in 2099 when the entire world is covered in snow and ice in a post-apocalyptic scenario on the 160,000-square-mile (410,000 km2) isle of Midwinter. The game package includes a lengthy manual narrating its backstory in a short novella. It describes a cataclysmic meteorite strike in Burma around 2040 which caused an impact winter. The ensuing diamond dust covering the Earth brought about global cooling and consequently major economical, political and military tumult. The northern population died of glaciation and famine whereas the more temperate zones became overcrowded due to migration. As the glaciers advanced, the sea level dropped, providing more habitable space.

However, the Martian mutants consider themselves the superior
race and want Earth for themselves, meaning a war is inevitable.
